Gear Inc, a leading provider of business process outsourcing (BPO) services, including content moderation, live chat support, technical support and call center services, has gone live with localized websites in Portuguese and Spanish.
This enhancement strengthens the company’s international presence, especially in the Americas, where it has ambitious plans for future growth. Adam O’Connor, Chief Commercial Officer at Gear, explained: “Reaching out to prospects, clients, and talent in their native language directly supports our business growth by making our resources more accessible and generating more exposure and engagement internationally.”
The translation and localization project was carried out over a 3-month period by Orange Translations Ltd, which completed the work directly within the website’s WordPress environment. The project manager in charge at Orange Translations, Angelica Valencia-Tapar, was thrilled to see the project completed: “While we encountered a number of technical challenges, we had excellent support from Gear Inc’s specialists who helped us find work-arounds, especially regarding WPML, the WordPress add-on for managing multilingual content on the site.”
