Having more than a decade of experience in consulting and BPO, Ramon has successfully managed various portfolios, including operations, quality, business excellence, and standard industry compliance such as ISO and COPC. He is a certified Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt with international management experience leading continuous improvement projects. These projects have enhanced operational efficiency, quality, customer and client satisfaction, and cost savings within Fortune 500 companies.

Kevyn McGraw

VP, Essential Corporate Services

Kevyn, a Canadian expatriate, served as the CEO of ASEAN Contact Center (ACC), a company established in 2015 and later acquired by Gear Inc. Kevyn now leads Gear Inc’s Enterprise Corporate Services, offering contact center services and vendor solutions across Gear Inc’s markets. His journey in the BPO sector began over 12 years ago. Additionally, he is the founder or co-founder of several other ventures, including AiHak Solutions, CK Travel, and the Canadian Chamber of Commerce in Laos.
