This holistic initiative blends evidence-based mental health support, standardized SOPs and crisis planning, and state-of-the-art technology – including AI-powered and VR relaxation experiences – for its content moderators and support teams. By investing in evidence-based wellbeing, Gear Inc not only mitigates the mental health risks of challenging work but also builds a resilient, productive, and engaged workforce.
The program has achieved a 95.8% employee satisfaction rate and a 96.8% usage rate, reflecting strong employee engagement. A six-month assessment conducted in Q2 2024 showed measurable improvements in wellbeing, including a 3.7% decrease in severe depression, anxiety, and stress levels, and a 3.5% increase in psychological capital and resilience. These positive outcomes demonstrate that the initiative not only mitigates health risks but also strengthens employee psychological endurance.
As a 2025 finalist in the Health and Wellness category, Gear Inc will be profiled in the landmark OIR 2025 Report, which will be publicly released on October 15, 2025. The comprehensive report will spotlight all 31 finalists, including Gear Inc, and their innovative practices shaping the future of responsible global outsourcing.
