The program blends AI-enhanced virtual reality, immersive mindfulness tools, local professional support, and a structured global framework to provide proactive, accessible care.
Unlike traditional wellness initiatives, Gear Inc’s approach emphasizes prevention, resilience-building, and long-term cultural impact. By embedding wellbeing into operational models, the program transforms employee support into a strategic driver of engagement, retention, and performance.
As of Q2 2024, the program has supported more than 3,000 employees, facilitated over 18,000 wellbeing sessions, and achieved a 95.8% satisfaction rate with a 96.8% usage rate. Assessments showed a 3.7% decrease in severe depression, anxiety, and stress levels, alongside a 3.5% increase in psychological resilience. Employees and clients alike have praised the initiative for creating calmer, more engaged workplaces and raising the standard of care in high-pressure outsourcing environments.
